Architectural design
This is where your home starts to take shape on paper. Our architects sit with you to understand how you want to live, then design around it. Shaped by your preferences, needs and the characteristics of the lot. You’ll see it in 3D before a single wall goes up, and refine it together until it feels right. What you’re left with is a full technical drawing package, ready for permitting.
Project management
Once the design is set, someone needs to make sure it actually gets built the way it was meant to. That’s what we do here, on-site, as your representative. We manage the tender with contractors, verify the work as it happens, and certify progress so payments always match what’s actually been built. Every two weeks, you get a clear report on where things stand: what’s done, what’s next, and anything that needs your attention.
Construction services
Materials, suppliers, payments, all the moving parts that keep a build on track. We source what’s needed, negotiate with suppliers, and manage every disbursement, so your money goes exactly where it’s meant to.
