The first and original Ecovilla
Our first addition to the original La Ecovilla
Coming soon! The newest addition to the Ecovilla family!
Enjoy a fulfilled life, connected with nature.
The original La Ecovilla was created in 2012 by Marcelo Valansi, an entrepreneur passionate about innovation and implementation of regenerative self-sustainable projects and communities. His focus is set on creating communities with a positive impact, with a new model of regenerative developments sustainable over time. As La Ecovilla is an outstanding success story, we are happily introducing you to our 2 new projects: Ecovilla San Mateo, another cattle farmland transformed into an intentional community reconnected with nature. And Ecovilla Cabo Blanco, the newest addition to the Ecovilla family!
Sustainable living.
The ability of a project to achieve neutrality, avoiding the consumption of natural resources, maintaining a good balance with the natural environment.
Eco-construction.
Each home at LEV is built with recycled materials to respect the surrounding nature. Our roads are made from 100% recycled plastic.
Recycling.
In a zero-waste goal, we recycle all our paper, glass, plastic or aluminum waste, and turn our organic waste into compost.
Regeneration.
We preserve natural flora and plants, and managed to get the local wildlife back in their natural habitats by planting thousands of fruit trees and an orchard.
Local consumption.
You can find fruit trees all over LEV, and Tilapia ponds with Tilapia fishes. The majority of our food come from our organic permaculture gardens or from local farmers deliveries.
An alternative way to learn.
Our community school is committed to nurturing self-driven, lifelong learners who possess confidence, social connectivity, and the drive to develop autonomously. In a spacious nature-based campus, children participate in curious exploration, project-based learning, and real challenges and real world experiences.
