They are friends, relatives and all bonded by the same philosophy, build a regenerative and paradigm changing project for our planet and us all.
Marcelo Valansi is an entrepreneur focused on innovation, dedicated to the design, development, and implementation of regenerative self-sustainable projects and communities.
Marcelo has extensive experience in developing residential and commercial real estate developments of different scales throughout many countries.
He is also experienced in the fields of economics and finance.
His focus is set on developing projects in a new way, regenerating the area surrounding the project itself, and creating communities with a positive impact while also being affordable, replicable, and profitable. His last project is La Ecovilla, located in Costa Rica, where he currently lives with his family.
Graduated with first honors major from ISC business Paris, she started with the first French Hotmail Caramail to run the marketing department. When the start-up was bought by Bertheslman, Canel decided to launch the brand Aeon Footwear, dedicated to sports. At 26, Canel has 4 aces in her hand, with a business master, a success story, her own start-up, and a world tour.
The founders of Winamax named her CEO. She led a 90M$ media campaign welcomed by all, making Winamax poker a champion in less than nine months. Canel Frichet was elected “Marketing personality of the year 2011” by Marketing Magazine, outclassing giants such as Adidas and Orangina Schweppes. She had been included in the French Top 40 economic personalities under 40.
Canel is the founder and Chairman of the FL Foundation which initiates philanthropic actions such as the first Ecovillage in Costa Rica for children suffering family abuse and raising funds from world-famous entrepreneurs.
Sebastian is a serial entrepreneur in the digital age with a solid financial and technology background and experience in USA and EU.
From his first experience at Apple Computer, he preserves a passion for innovation. Former Chairman and CEO of Valtech, a French public company that he bought in 2010 for U$D40 Million at the brisk of bankruptcy, turn it around to become the world leading busines transformation
agency. Valtech was sold to BC Partners, a UK-US Private equity fund for U$D 1.4 Billions in October 2021.
Sebastian is currently co-Founder and Chairman of Smart Immune, a French clinical-stage Biotechnology company. He co-founded Smart Immune with three remarkable women and scientists.
Sebastian is a board member of DKMS, the world leading, and biggest bone-marrow donor’s transplantation bank.
